How to Download and troubleshoot PDF forms This website has numerous forms in the PDF format (Portable Document Format) from Adobe, we are using PDF forms because they are easy to print and have very complex information to be shown on a regular web form. Below are the steps you should take to download and successfully submit a PDF form. PDF forms are supported by all browsers, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari. If you have a browser that is more than 4 years old you may need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader, click on the button below, also it is on all the pages where the forms are located. If you are not sure, just download the reader as it will install the latest version and minimize any problems or errors while using submitting these forms. Downloading and submitting a PDF form 1. Find the PDF form you need to download and click on the link to download the form. ![]() 2. When you download a PDF form your browser will show the form within the browser. If you cannot see the form or you get an error message you must update your Acrobat Reader. ![]() 3. When you can see the form, please fill out all the fields, remember to fill out all the fields or yo will get an error when submitting the form. When you are done with the form clik on the SUBMIT button. ![]() 4. When you submit the form the following will happen: If you are on a PC, a pop up window will appera asking to chose your email type, whether it is a "Desktop Email Application" like Outlook, Eudora or Mail or an "Internet Mail" like Yahoo, Google or Hotmail. Choose the appropriate email client you use and Click OK. If you are Mac user, you will not see the pop up window, the Mac will automaticaly detect the email client you use. ![]() WARNING: If you are a PC user and have a Pop Up blocker, you will not see this pop window. Please turn off your Pop Up blocker in order to use and send these forms. If you do not know how to turn off or disable your Pop Up blocker, then simply print out the form after it is filled out and either mail it or fax it to the school. 5. After you click OK, your email client will be activated, you should see something similar to the image below, then click SEND to send the form. Noticed that the form is automatically attached to the email. ![]() 6. After you click SEND on your email client, you will then get a "Thank You" page, please see below. ![]() If for any reason you cannot do any of the steps above, or you get any errors, the possible issues are the following:
