On-site commercial kitchen serves all of the nutritional needs of our student population. The Academie chef, supported by a team of cooks, prepares freshly selected and freshly prepared food for all of our students. Meals are nutritionally balanced with the right amount of protein, carbohydrates and greens. For those who wish, a salad bar made up of items brought freshly on a daily basis over a variety of choices to satisfy the palette.
